When Thomas alva Edison was asked about his failures he Intelligibly said , I learnt hundred ways that lead to failures and to avoid them in the future.
Above instances tells us about the mindset of greatest of people who thought and acted differently to achieve something marvellous.
As an individual we all have got equal endurance to accomplish anything that we wish ,but we see that only few were capable of using it to the fullest.
Why does it happen so?
Is there any mantra for achieving the desired goals?
Is there dichotomy between one individual to another in terms of capabilities?
No !probably not, each and every individual has equal capacity of achieving biggest of feats only when they are aware of very iota of their potential and know proper way of Channelizing it.
Two most important things one need to understand and follow are.

Disciplined Practice.

It's very important to have clear vision of what we really want to do and how it has to be achieved.
Just keeping an aim without clear direction is as same as wandering in search of nothing. Hence Determining a goal is first step in the ladder.
Disciplined Practice
As many of 90 percent of people fail to achieve their dream as a result of lack of practice.
History belongs to those who practiced disciplined.
Arjuna the greatest bowman was one such name for disciplined Practice.
So why does so many people fail in following a disciplined practice?
Well, we need to first understand the obstacles in the way
Temptations and desires
Staying in comfort zones
Dwelling in the past
Easily distracted
lack of plans and strategies
Being Impatient.
Unhealthy Life style.
It is said that success is 99 percent practice and 1 percent luck!
Hence the very essence lies in practice that leads to mastery.
So let's try to understand some remedies which helps to overcome obstacles in the path of success.
Following a routine
Surrounded by dreamers
Strong body and mind
Knowing strength and weakness
Accepting failures
Sincere efforts
Poised
Learning ,unlearning and relearning.
Practice with discipline.
As Roy L Smith said,
Discipline is the refining force by which talent becomes ability.
Practice, practice ,practice is the mantra for achieving the desired goal .
Making little changes on every day basis takes us nearer to the goal. Let's have self belief and trust the making process. Let us embrace ourselves much benign than ever before and forgive ourselves for past deeds.
